Joining the HR Metrics Service is an important step towards increasing your strategic impact.
Joining the HR Metrics Service involves the following steps:
1. Review the required data for submission and confirm you can source and provide this
2. Review the survey timelines and confirm you can meet these
3. Review the service options and fees and confirm these are acceptable.
Once you have done this you should enter your details in the form.
Following your submission, an HR Metrics Service representative will contact you to review your participation, formalize the agreement with our standard contract and arrange for invoicing.
Once these details are complete you will be a full participant in the service and supplied with all the resources you need to get started and signed up for our onboarding webinar.
